Sein Ta Lone - also known as Diamond Solitaire (means One Diamond), Guava mango, or Myanmar #1 — is Myanmar's most famous and top-exported mango variety, said to have originated in the Kyaukse District of the Mandalay Region and to have become commercially prominent in the early 1980s. It has since been planted worldwide and has become a specialty mango around Homestead and Miami, Florida (USA). Not to be confused with the unrelated Florida Zill cultivar "Diamond" (HW-14).

A hallmark of the fruit is its distinctive pointed "beak" or hook at one end, sometimes accompanied by a smaller secondary point — a trademark that makes it easy to identify. The fruit is oval to ovate, with thin, taut yellow to orange-yellow skin and no red blush, typically weighing 300–500 g at commercial export grade (Myanmar mangoes generally run 250–352 g at harvest, occasionally larger). The flesh is yellow to orange, aqueous, fiberless and soft with a tender, succulent texture when ripe, firm and fiberless per Florida growers' notes. The flavour is intensely fragrant and sweet (TSS upto 24 brix) with a gentle tang — described variously as an Indochinese-hybrid blend of mango and guava, with turpentine and floral nuances and hints of Indian spice — leading to its Florida nickname "Guava." The seed is small, flat, monoembryonic, and sometimes polyembryonic.

In Myanmar, the season runs April–September depending on region — peaking April–June in Mandalay and June–September in Shan State — with the export window from late April to mid-July. In West Bengal, India, it ripens in June. In Florida, USA, it ripens in June-July.

The tree is semi-vigorous with a spreading, open canopy and large, distinctively shaped leaves. At Amrakunja Nursery & Farms, Sein Ta Lone trees have been dwarf in nature. Sein Ta Lone is a reliable, consistent producer showing good disease resistance under West Bengal, India evaluation.

Besides growing in commercial farms, Sein Ta Lone can be planted in pots for terrace garden, kitchen garden and rooftop gardens. Because of its dwarf nature, it might be grown in pots without much pruning.

Sein Ta Lone is one of the top-tier mangoes at Amrakunja Nursery & Farms.
