Return & Refund Policy
At Amrakunja Nursery & Farms, we take great care in packaging and shipping our mango plants to ensure they reach you in healthy condition. Since we deal with live plants, special policies apply.
Important Notice
We do not accept returns once the plant has been delivered. We only provide replacements for plants that are dead upon arrival (DOA). No cash refunds are provided except in cases of stock unavailability.
Replacement Eligibility
We only provide replacements for plants that are dead upon arrival (DOA). To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You must send clear photos and/or videos of the plant and packaging showing the condition.
The plant must still be in its original packaging and not planted in soil.
Please note: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, as plant condition can change due to environmental factors after delivery.
How to Request a Replacement

Your order number
Photos or videos of the plant
A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible with further instructions. Replacement plants will be delivered to your location within 7 working days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we sell live plants, we do not accept returns once the plant has been delivered. The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Healthy plants
Plants that have been planted, repotted, or altered
Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or special orders
Transit Stress Disclaimer
Live plants may experience minor transit stress during shipping. The following are considered normal and do not qualify for replacement or refund:
Slight leaf yellowing โ resolves within a few days of proper care
Minor leaf drop โ temporary and expected during transit
Soil displacement โ the root ball remains intact and healthy
Order Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within the allowed 24-hour time frame. Do not plant, repot, or alter the plant before raising a replacement request, as this will void eligibility.
Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, a refund may be issued at our discretion to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7โ10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
