Order Quantity Rules
Every order must include a minimum of 3 plants and a maximum of 30 plants. Orders outside this range will not be processed. An order shall be considered complete only upon successful receipt of full payment.
Products & Live Plant Disclaimer
As we sell live plants, customers acknowledge that:
Plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, or appearance
Minor differences in plant height, branching, or foliage are normal
Transit stress (leaf yellowing, leaf drop, soil disturbance) is normal and does not qualify as damage unless the plant is dead on arrival
Plant Health & Disease Disclaimer
We inspect and dispatch only visibly healthy plants. However, we do not provide any warranty that plants are free from all diseases or pests. Diseases may appear post-delivery due to latent infections, transit stress, improper handling, soil conditions, climate, or cultural practices. The buyer assumes all risks associated with growth and health of plants after receipt.
Accuracy of Information & Pricing
We do not guarantee that all information on this website is always accurate, complete, or current. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, correct errors, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
Intellectual Property
