Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, growing, and caring for your MangoPlant.

Ordering

Every order must include a minimum of 3 plants and a maximum of 30 plants. This ensures safe packaging, cost-effective delivery, and that your plants arrive in the best possible condition. Orders outside this range will not be processed.

An order is considered complete only upon successful receipt of full payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Yes. You can add multiple units of the same variety to your cart. For example, 3 Alphonso plants counts as 3 toward your minimum order of 3.

Yes. Amrakunja Nursery & Farms supplies grafted mango plants in bulk for farmers, orchards, nurseries, and agricultural projects. Contact us at support@amrakunjanursery.com with the variety required, quantity, delivery location, and preferred timeline.

Yes. Every plant on MangoPlant is cleft or tongue grafted by skilled horticulturists using scions from certified, named mother plants. We do not sell seedling plants. Grafted plants produce true-to-type fruit within 2โ€“3 seasons, unlike seedlings which can take 8โ€“10 years and may not resemble the parent variety.

Shipping

Yes, we ship pan-India. Shipping availability may vary for very remote locations depending on courier serviceability. If we are unable to deliver to your location, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded within 7โ€“14 business days.

Orders are processed within 2โ€“3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5โ€“15 business days depending on your location and the courier network. Timelines may vary due to remote locations, weather conditions, or courier delays.

We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders placed through our website. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, a deduction of โ‚น250 per plant will be made from the refund amount to cover shipping, packaging, and handling costs already incurred.

Plants & Varieties

Every MangoPlant specimen takes a minimum of 18 months from grafting to dispatch. Plants are nurtured through two complete growing seasons before being considered ready. We do not dispatch young or underdeveloped grafts.

Yes โ€” many of our dwarf and semi-dwarf varieties are specifically suited for terrace gardens, containers, and small spaces. Look for products tagged Terrace Garden or Container Friendly in our collection pages. Dwarf varieties can be maintained at a manageable height with regular pruning.

Grafted mango plants typically start fruiting within 2โ€“3 seasons after planting, depending on the variety, growing conditions, and care. This is significantly earlier than seedling plants which can take 8โ€“10 years. Some precocious varieties may fruit even sooner.

Yes. Every plant dispatched by Amrakunja Nursery & Farms comes with a phytosanitary certificate and a detailed care guide. Our packaging is bio-engineered to maintain plant health for up to 5 days of transit.

We inspect and dispatch only visibly healthy and vigorous plants. However, as live biological products, we cannot provide a warranty that plants are entirely free from all diseases or pests. Diseases may appear post-delivery due to latent infections, transit stress, soil conditions, climate, or care practices. The buyer assumes all risks associated with plant health after receipt.

Plant Care

Yes, this is completely normal. Live plants commonly experience minor transit stress including slight leaf yellowing, minor leaf drop, and soil displacement. This is temporary and resolves within a few days once the plant acclimatises to its new environment. Transit stress does not qualify for replacement or refund.

Immediately upon delivery: unbox the plant carefully, inspect for DOA condition, water lightly, and place in partial shade for the first 3โ€“5 days before gradually moving to full sunlight. Do not repot for at least 2 weeks to allow the plant to settle. Follow the care guide included with your order.

Young grafted plants need watering every 2โ€“3 days during summer and once a week during winter. Avoid overwatering โ€” allow the topsoil to dry slightly between waterings. Container plants need more frequent watering than ground-planted ones. Refer to our Cultivation Guide for detailed seasonal care instructions.

Yes. Our cultivation support team โ€” real horticulturists, not chatbots โ€” is available to guide you through every season of your plant's life. Contact us at support@amrakunjanursery.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83272 58770.

Replacement & Refunds

We provide replacements only for plants that are dead on arrival (DOA). To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos of the plant and packaging, and a description of the issue. Replacement plants are dispatched within 7 working days of approval.

No. Because we sell live plants, we do not accept returns once the plant has been delivered. We only offer replacements for DOA plants. Healthy plants, plants that have been potted or altered, and plants damaged due to improper care after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, a refund may be issued at our discretion to the original payment method. Refund processing takes 7โ€“14 business days depending on your payment provider.
