Amrakunja Nursery & Farms currently ships within India only. We strive to deliver our mango plant saplings safely to customers across the country.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on:
Sundays
Public Holidays
During peak seasons, sales events, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on the delivery location. Timelines may vary due to:
Remote delivery locations
Weather conditions
Courier service delays
Public holidays or logistical disruptions

Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders placed through our website. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout unless specified during promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking system.
Delivery Inspection
Important — Start recording before you open
We strongly recommend starting a video recording at the very beginning of unpacking. If the plant appears dead on arrival, you must report the issue with clear unboxing video footage within 24 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments.
Return Deduction — ₹250 per plant
In case of any returned shipment due to incorrect address or refused delivery, a deduction of ₹250 per plant will be made from the refund amount towards actual shipping, packaging, and handling costs already incurred. This deduction is non-negotiable as these are irreversible expenses for live plants.
Return Abuse Policy
Repeated, frivolous, or intentional abuse of the return process will be treated as misuse of the platform. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Cancel the order(s)
Suspend or permanently block the account
Refuse future orders
Initiate appropriate legal proceedings including civil and criminal action for fraud or harassment
Shipping Partners & Delays
We ship using trusted courier partners in proximity to our nursery and based on delivery options available for your location. If no courier service is available for your location, we may cancel your order and refund the payment within 7–14 business days.
Shipping delays may occur due to natural disasters, weather disruptions, transportation issues, or government restrictions. We will provide shipment updates whenever possible in such cases.
