Coconut Cream is a premium Florida mango selected by Gary Zill from his breeding program in Boynton Beach, Florida, USA. It was originally designated C-20 and is a cross between the ‘Edward’ and ‘Gary’ mangoes. Released to the public in 2009, Coconut Cream has become highly regarded among South Florida mango enthusiasts for its distinctive coconut-like flavor, rich sweetness, exceptional aroma, and smooth, fiberless texture. The fruit is small to medium in size, typically weighing about 350-600 grams, with an oblong to oval shape and slightly bumpy skin. As it ripens, the skin develops a yellow color with a pinkish blush, while the flesh becomes yellowish-orange, soft, extremely juicy, and creamy with little to no fiber.

Coconut Cream is a mid-season variety, generally ripening in the last week of June in West Bengal, India, and from June to July in Florida. The fruit is best harvested when it reaches maturity and begins showing a yellow color break, particularly near the bottom of the fruit. Once fully ripe, it develops its characteristic sweet coconut aroma and flavor. The mango can ripen well even when picked slightly early, but it tends to move quickly from ripe to overripe, so careful monitoring after harvest is recommended.

The tree is moderately vigorous with a spreading, open growth habit and long, somewhat lanky branches. With regular pruning, it can realistically be maintained at around 10–15 feet.
